Job Description
- Marketing and selling of Stainless Steel and hardened tempered Coil/Strips through OEM /direct customers and Dealers/Traders network in Western region -Maharashtra/Gujarat/Goa.
- Developing new domestic and overseas customers.
- Order booking, Price negotiation, Enquiry handling, and Order issuance to plant for execution/on time delivery, after sales service and payment collection are the part of day today activity.
- Monitoring and controlling of finished goods inventory.
- Settlement of Customers complaints in coordination with the Quality Assurance department.
- Preparation of Sales report for top Management.
- Active participation in the Management team for setting sales targets.
- Identified, develope and evaluate marketing strategies based on knowledge of company objectives and market trends.
- Prepared detailed marketing/sales forecasts on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.

- Maximised outreach by implementing marketing strategies to grow customer base.
- Maintained detailed record of sales activities and compared trends to identify underserved areas and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitored competitors through multi-channel research strategies to best capitalise on market gaps or anticipate changes in customer interests.
- Knowledge of excel/words/PPT and working in SAP.
