Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting- lead Finance trade

Experience- 4-7 yrs

• Establishing relationship with banks and financial institutions for increasing the import financing opportunities
• In depth knowledge of FEMA guidelines for imports/BGs/Sanctions
• Hands on experience in managing the end to end lifecycle of LC including LC issuance, LC discounting (including purchase LC discounting), Documents Presentation and negotiation
• Ensuring managing the internal stakeholders and banks for getting the transactions processed in a seamless manner
• Knowledge on issuance of various types of LC (sight/usance/UPAS) and UCPDC guidelines/
• Knowledge on EDPMS and IDPMS portals of RBI and closure of Bill of Entries, Shipping documents in time bound manner
• Develop and manage MIS reporting for import transactions.
• Supervision and monitoring of Financial Charges
• Dealing with RBI on compliance matters of Imports.
• Reconciliation of Non Fund Based limits with banks.
• Problem solving attitude and ability to resolve conflicts
