Lead - Strategic Finance

Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis:Analyse financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial models to assess the financial health and performance of the company.Evaluate revenue streams, cost structures, profitability margins, and cash flow metrics.Due diligence:Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, operations, and external advisors to gather necessary information required for due-diligence.Develop and maintain due diligence checklists and timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.Operational and Strategic Assessment:Conduct in-depth reviews of operational processes, supply chain management, technology infrastructure, and growth strategies.Identify operational efficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Legal and Compliance Review:Collaborate with legal teams to review regulatory compliance, contractual agreements, intellectual property rights, and potential legal risks.Check adherence to industry regulations and best practices.Reporting and Documentation:Work on detailed due diligence reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.Maintain accurate and organized documentation of due diligence activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:CA First attempt / MBA – finance from Tier-I Insititutes (IIM -A,B,C,L, I,K, SP JAIN, ISB, FMS- Delhi, MDI Gurgaon, JBIMS) (Preference for CFA (Intl)/ FRM)8-15 years of experience with proven track record in financial analysis, handling due diligence (buy side / Sell side), investment banking, corporate finance, or related roles.
