   Distribution Channel Management

   
   
   • Manage and optimize various distribution channels, including direct, indirect, and alternate channels.

   Growth Planning

   
   
   • Strategically plan and achieve growth on a product-wise and town-wise basis.

   Market Development

   
   
   • Identify and develop distribution channels in new markets.

   Business Drive

   
   
   • Drive device sales, activation, and recharge business through effective management of distributors.

   Retail Management

   
   
   • Oversee key retail outlets, including modern trade outlets, ensuring optimal performance.

   Policy Implementation

   
   
   • Ensure adherence to company policies and processes across all channels.

   Team Training & Monitoring

   
   
   • Monitor the performance of the sales team and channel partners, providing training and support to enhance their capabilities.
   
   
   
   

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years in sales, preferably in the mobility or telecommunications sector.


• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to lead and motivate a team.


• Education: Graduation in any discipline; an MBA or relevant post-graduate degree is preferred.
