OUR STORY:
ROLE:
- We are looking for an Sr. Manager Product Marketing to build and lead a world-class Product Marketing function at JioSaavn. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for turning products into categories users understand, value, and love.
- You will own product positioning, go-to-market strategy, user insight systems, feature adoption, and growth narratives across key products and experiences. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Analytics, Design, Business, and Leadership teams to ensure our products are not only built well, but launched, adopted, and scaled exceptionally well.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Positioning & Strategy
- Define differentiated positioning, messaging, and narratives for core and emerging products.
- Translate market signals, user behaviour, and competitive insights into strategic product recommendations.
Influence product roadmaps through market-back thinking and customer insight.
2. Go-To-Market Leadership
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy for product launches, major feature releases, and strategic initiatives.- Build scalable launch playbooks covering segmentation, targeting, messaging, channels, and measurement.
- Ensure launches deliver measurable business outcomesnot just awareness.
3. User Insight & Market Intelligence
- Build strong voice-of-customer systems using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
- Identify friction points across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention funnels.
- Monitor competitive moves and identify whitespace opportunities for category leadership.
4. Growth & Adoption
- Drive feature adoption, engagement, and retention in partnership with Product and Growth teams.
- Design interventions that improve habit formation and lifecycle conversion.
- Own core metrics such as activation rate, feature penetration, repeat usage, and retention uplift.

- Act as the strategic bridge between Product, Marketing, Growth, Data, and Business teams.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders on priorities, narratives, and success metrics.
- Build Product Marketing as a strategic capability within the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8-10 years of experience across Product Marketing, Product Management, Growth, or consumer-tech strategy roles.
- Proven track record of driving product adoption and growth at scale.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, lifecycle funnels, and GTM strategy.
- Excellent analytical capability with comfort using data to drive decisions.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with executive presence.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate cross-functionally.
- Experience in consumer internet, OTT, telecom, subscription, or digital products preferred.
