Job Description
Roles & Responsibility includes:
- Excellent understanding of advanced customer focus and customer service skills.
- Intensely following up on prospect leads & closing Sales within the sales cycle.
- Achieving the weekly target in high-pressure, performance driven competitive environment.
- Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to Team performance keeping track of all the business KPIs.
- Capable of driving KRA and KPI for the inbound associate flow.
- Built & drive provides sales strategy.
- Well versed with shrinkage and roaster management.
- Develop objectives for the day to day call center activities.
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of CC.
- Collect and analyze call center statistics (Sales Rate, customer service metrics).
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Evaluate performance with key metrics (Accuracy, Call waiting time, etc.).
- Prepare report for Management & different departments.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics is must.
- Develop, Implement and maintain effective process to ensure business plan delivery.
