Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing professional, based in Gwalior. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include managing client communications, ensuring excellent customer service, and training team members in sales techniques and strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively and build lasting relationships
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets, analyzing performance, and driving revenue growth

- Experience or ability to provide Training to team members in sales strategies and best practices
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the construction or building materials industry will be an advantage
