Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Rishikesh and looking after Lical and Hills market. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, generating leads, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving channel sales growth. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience with Lead Generation and Sales Operations
- Knowledge of Channel Sales processes and strategies
- Ability to work diligently on-site and build strong client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the cement or construction industry is a plus
