Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the companys key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

Responsibilities

• Handling shift activities of Div. A (Mixing, Extruder, Calendaring, Dip-Unit)
• Manpower arrangement and manning contracted manpower
• Tyre and compounding knowledge
• Manpower handling, counselling people for good results
• Achieving production, scrap, and other targets
• Fillup Production, Delay and manpower entry in SAP.
• Calculation of Efficiency and other reports as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ production/ industrial Engineering.
