Role & responsibilities :

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on affordable home loan origination, servicing, and foreclosure within the assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with relevant lending regulations, consumer protection laws, and other applicable legal requirements in the region.

• Advocate for policy changes and regulatory adjustments that benefit the affordable housing sector and promote responsible lending practices within the region.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with external legal counsel, regulatory agencies, and industry associations within the region.
