Job Description
The Accounts Executive US will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks for US-based clients. This role requires strong US accounting knowledge and proficiency in accounting software.
Responsibilities:
- Update accounts and transactions daily in the accounting software.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Conduct trust account reconciliation (specific to law firms).
- Directly communicate with clients, including CPA firms in the USA.
- Calculate and post month-end/year-end adjustments (e.g., Accrued Interest, Provision of expenses, Accrued Income, Pre paid expenses, Deferred Income).
- Post journals for payroll and various taxes (sales & use tax, property tax, income tax).
- Manage Accounts Payable, including AP aging analysis.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including AR aging analysis.
- Maintain contract-wise & class-wise profit and loss statements.
- Prepare various financial reports.
- Prepare basic Tax Returns.
- Able to work in a night shift from 6 pm to 3:30 am.
Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Inter CA, or US CMA.

- Prior experience in US KPO is preferred.
- Well-versed with Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, PDF, and other office tools.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
Required Skills:
- Ability and comfort with communicating with clients.
- Good payroll and sales tax knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MSOffice Suite, Quickbooks Online, and Quickbooks Desktop.
