What role will you play in the team

You will design and execute autonomous multi-agent systems and sophisticated workflow automation architectures. Your expertise will empower business units to offload repetitive computational and administrative bottlenecks to intelligent software agents capable of dynamic reasoning, tool invocation, and end-to-end task execution without human intervention.

What you will do

You will architect event-driven automation pipelines connecting disparate cloud services, APIs, and databases. By leveraging state-of-the-art orchestration frameworks, you will configure decision-making loops that allow AI agents to parse incoming triggers, plan sequential sub-tasks, execute tool calls, and validate final deliverables autonomously across cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibility

• Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents and complex orchestration workflows using n8n, Flowise, make.com, and custom Python frameworks.
• Integrate diverse enterprise APIs, webhooks, and SaaS applications to enable seamless data exchange and trigger-based agentic actions.
• Implement robust state management and error-handling mechanisms within multi-agent loops to ensure graceful recovery from failed API calls or invalid tool outputs.
• Optimize prompt engineering templates and function-calling schemas to enhance the decision-making accuracy and reasoning capacity of deployed agents.
• 
  Collaborate with security teams to establish strict authentication protocols, rate limiting, and access controls for all automated workflows and agent endpoints.
• Build real-time monitoring dashboards using data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to track agent execution success rates and latency metrics.
• Conduct rigorous integration testing across various staging environments to validate workflow logic prior to production deployment.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronics Engineering with 0 to 1 years of professional experience in workflow automation or backend engineering.
• Expertise in programming languages, specifically Python, along with comprehensive knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks architecture.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms and orchestration tools including n8n, Flowise, make.com, and Zapier Automation.
• Strong background in prompt engineering, AI agent deployment, and integrating Large Language Models into automated pipelines.
• Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for storing execution state and logs.
• Understanding of cloud deployment environments, Docker containerization, and basic CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into modular, scalable technical workflows.

A Day in the Life

You start your morning by analyzing webhook delivery logs and identifying any failed agent execution runs from the overnight batch processing. Next, you collaborate with product stakeholders to scope requirements for a new customer onboarding automation workflow. You spend your afternoon configuring conditional routing nodes in n8n, writing custom Python scripts for data transformation, and testing the agent's ability to retrieve customer profiles from a PostgreSQL database before deploying the update.
