What role will you play in the team

As a Full Stack Node.js and React Developer, you will take ownership of end-to-end software development lifecycle phases. You will architect robust backend services, design scalable database schemas, and build intuitive frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless communication between client-side applications and server-side infrastructure in a cloud-enabled environment.

What you will do

You will design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js, manage database operations with MongoDB or PostgreSQL, and create responsive single-page applications using React. You will also provision cloud resources on AWS, configure CI/CD pipelines via GitHub, and monitor application health to ensure optimal uptime and security.

Key responsibility

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces utilizing React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Manage and optimize database schemas and queries using MongoDB and PostgreSQL database systems.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and serverless functions on AWS platforms.
• Implement robust authentication, authorization, and data encryption protocols for application security.
• Utilize Git and GitHub for version control, branching strategies, and collaborative code merging.
• Write comprehensive automated tests for both frontend and backend codebases to ensure stability.
• Troubleshoot production issues, analyze performance bottlenecks, and refactor legacy code effectively.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in full-stack development using Node.js, Express.js, and React.
• Proficiency in database management systems including MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Expertise in Version Control Systems like Git and GitHub for team collaboration.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, and RESTful API architecture.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

A Day in the Life

You kick off your morning by reviewing pull requests on GitHub and merging approved backend changes.
