Requiremnets

What you'll own:

1. Own the people strategy, end-to-end: Full-function HR for 500 across six cities, run with leadership, not routed back to us for every call.
2. Reskill the workforce for AI-led delivery: As AI absorbs the routine F&A work, build the reskilling map: who moves to judgement and review, who we hire differently. Rewrite the very next requisition.
3. Fix the retention maths: Build an EVP that holds people you can t outbid against the Big Four captives. Track leading indicators, not just attrition.
4. Run HR on data and modern tech: Own the HRMS transition, people analytics dashboards, and AI inside the HR function itself (screening, engagement, prediction).

THE TOOLS & KNOWLEDGE WE EXPECT

1. HRMS / PLATFORMS: HONO, PeopleStrong, Ascent class implementations
2. PEOPLE ANALYTICS & AI: Dashboards, attrition & productivity models, AI screening, engagement & prediction
3. REWARDS & COMP: Benchmarking, gated variable, bell curve calibration
4. GOVERNANCE: Labour law, POSH, statutory audits, payroll governance
5. DOMAIN: F&A / KPO / GCC workforce models, US shift delivery

1. You've run full-function HR in a 500+ KPO / BPO / GCC / shared services setup, not one slice of it.
2. You've been the strategic HR partner to a CEO or promoter; you speak margin, delivery, and client SLA.
3. You're already putting AI to work in HR, with a clear view on what comes next.
4. A genuine people's person, trusted by the delivery floor and the boardroom alike.
5. Autonomy-ready: you bring us decisions, not questions.
6. 7+ in HR leadership
