What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in our elite Investment Banking Debt Capital Markets team based in Indore. Your primary focus will be structuring and executing corporate debt issuances, high-yield bonds, and syndicated loans. You will work closely with senior bankers, corporate treasurers, and institutional investors to deliver seamless financing solutions while meticulously evaluating credit profiles and market conditions.

What you will do

In this dynamic capacity, you will spearhead comprehensive financial structuring initiatives and coordinate end-to-end debt syndication workflows. You will liaise directly with legal counsels, rating agencies, and underwriting syndicates. Additionally, you will draft confidential information memorandums, pitch books, and investor presentations leveraging cutting-edge market intelligence platforms to optimize pricing, covenants, and issue sizing for our tier-one corporate clients.

Key responsibility

• Conduct rigorous financial analysis and credit risk assessment of corporate balance sheets to determine optimal debt capacities and capital structures.
• Utilize Bloomberg Terminal and Dealogic extensively to track historical debt issuances, competitor pricing, and prevailing coupon rates in the domestic and international capital markets.
• Perform complex valuation techniques and cash flow forecasting to construct robust debt service coverage models.
• Collaborate with institutional sales desks to market bond offerings and syndicated loan packages to domestic banks, mutual funds, and foreign institutional investors.
• Prepare detailed term sheets, offering circulars, and regulatory filing documents in strict compliance with SEBI and Reserve Bank of India guidelines.
• Manage roadshow logistics, investor Q&A logs, and bookbuilding mechanics during live live-deal syndication windows.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative discipline from a premier institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Analysis, Bloomberg Terminal, Dealogic, and advanced Valuation Techniques.
• Proficiency in building complex Excel Macros & VBA models for sensitivity analysis and debt amortization schedules.
• Strong grasp of macroeconomic indicators, interest rate swaps, yield curves, and credit rating methodologies.
• Minimum 0-1 years of hands-on internship or professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or debt capital markets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial propositions to senior stakeholders.

Post-lunch, you coordinate with rating agencies regarding credit enhancement structures, followed by an evening strategy session with the syndicate desk to finalize investor presentation decks.
