What role will you play in the team

What you will do

Key responsibility

• Develop sophisticated discounted cash flow models, leveraged buyout frameworks, and comparable company analysis matrices to evaluate asset valuations accurately.
• Design, format, and structure exhaustive pitchbooks and informational memoranda utilizing capital markets platforms and deal execution tools.
• Analyze macroeconomic indicators, industry trends, and equity research reports using financial data terminals like Bloomberg and FactSet.
• Coordinate seamlessly with institutional investors, legal advisors, and internal underwriting syndicates during book-building and share allocation phases.
• Perform meticulous due diligence on target companies, reviewing historical financial statements, capital structures, and regulatory filings.
• Monitor secondary market trading performance post-listing and prepare detailed pricing performance analytics for senior banking executives.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Possess a Master of Business Administration in Finance, Chartered Accountancy, or a premier post-graduate degree in quantitative finance or economics.
• Demonstrate hands-on professional experience ranging between zero to one year within investment banking divisions, equity research, or financial advisory firms.
• Master advanced valuation techniques, discounted cash flow modeling, comparable company analysis, and Excel macros and VBA automation.
• Exhibit deep proficiency in navigating capital markets platforms, financial information terminals like FactSet, and comprehensive pitchbook generation software.
