What role will you play in the team

What you will do

Your core focus will center on building exhaustive, dynamic leveraged buyout models, executing rigorous comparable company analysis, and formulating strategic pitches using advanced terminal tools. You will interface directly with corporate executives, legal advisors, and private equity sponsors, spearheading comprehensive valuation exercises to maximize shareholder value and secure optimal transaction terms.

Key responsibility

• Develop intricate LBO and DCF models from scratch to evaluate target acquisitions and corporate capital structures.
• Execute exhaustive comparable company analysis and precedent transactions tracking using Bloomberg Terminal and Capital IQ.
• Prepare high-impact pitch books, information memorandums, and management presentations for prospective clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence streams covering financial, operational, and tax dimensions of live deals.
• Analyze macroeconomic trends and sector-specific metrics using Dealogic and PitchBook to identify emerging deal flow.
• Synthesize complex financial data into actionable strategic insights for senior investment bankers.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related quantitative discipline from a premier institution.
• Minimum 0 to 1 year of rigorous hands-on experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
• Advanced proficiency in Valuation Techniques, DCF, LBO, and Comparable Company Analysis.
• Expert-level command over Excel Macros & VBA for automating complex financial computations.
• Hands-on operational knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, PitchBook, and Dealogic platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work under intense pressure, manage multiple transaction timelines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
