What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving our investment banking advisory initiatives by leveraging advanced market intelligence platforms. Your primary objective will be to provide comprehensive pitchbooks, valuation metrics, and transaction tracking analyses that empower our senior dealmakers to pitch successfully to corporate clients across diverse capital market sectors in India.

What you will do

Your day-to-day operations will revolve around extracting actionable data from market databases, building customized sector overviews, and generating deep-dive competitor intelligence reports. You will collaborate closely with senior financial advisors to synthesize complex deal data into visually compelling, highly professional presentation decks for live equity and debt mandates.

Key responsibility

• Conduct comprehensive market research and target screening using PitchBook and Dealogic platforms to identify potential M&A and fundraising opportunities.
• Design, format, and deliver institutional-grade pitch books, information memorandums, and board presentation decks for active corporate finance transactions.
• Perform detailed comparable company analysis and transaction multiples benchmarking to support high-stakes advisory presentations.
• Track global and domestic capital market trends, regulatory updates, and macroeconomic indicators to generate real-time deal intelligence briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional advisory groups to maintain accurate pipeline trackers, league table submissions, and pitch material repositories.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated expertise utilizing PitchBook and Dealogic for deal sourcing, transaction tracking, and market benchmarking.
• Strong foundational knowledge of financial statement analysis, corporate valuation techniques, and capital markets mechanics.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel features, financial modeling, and professional PowerPoint presentation design.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with acute attention to detail and ability to work under tight deal deadlines.
