What role will you play in the team

As an Investment Banking Pitchbook and M&A Modeling Specialist, you will anchor transaction execution teams by constructing intricate financial models and designing sophisticated marketing collateral. You will act as the quantitative backbone for live mandates, bridging raw financial data with compelling strategic narratives to secure capital and advise corporate boards on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

What you will do

You will meticulously design comprehensive pitchbooks, confidential information memorandums, and board presentations using PitchBook and Capital IQ intelligence. Your day-to-day will involve building dynamic M&A models, accretion-dilution schedules, and synergy evaluations while conducting rigorous valuation exercises under tight deadlines for top-tier corporate clients.

Key responsibility

• Develop and maintain complex M&A financial models, including merger consequence and accretion-dilution analyses.
• Extract and synthesize market intelligence, comps, and transaction precedents using PitchBook, Capital IQ, and Dealogic platforms.
• Draft compelling pitchbooks, teasers, and information memoranda for prospective clients and institutional investors.
• Perform comprehensive valuation exercises incorporating DCF, LBO, and sum-of-the-parts methodologies.

• Coordinate seamlessly with legal, accounting, and tax advisors during active transaction due diligence phases.
• Analyze financial statements, capital structures, and market trends to deliver actionable advisory insights.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related quantitative discipline from a top-tier institution.
• 0-1 years of core investment banking or transaction advisory experience.
• Deep expertise in M&A Modeling Tools, Capital IQ, PitchBook, and advanced Excel Macros & VBA.
• Exceptional command over Valuation Techniques, DCF, and Comparable Company Analysis.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure deal environments.
• Demonstrated academic or practical proficiency in interpreting financial statements and capital market dynamics.
