Junior Mobile Product Roadmap Manager - Aha! And Amplitude

What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving our mobile application product lifecycle by defining feature roadmaps, tracking user metrics, and bridging the gap between engineering teams and end-user requirements. Your focus will be on optimizing engagement loops and ensuring continuous feature delivery through data-driven prioritization frameworks.

What you will do

You will collaborate closely with UX designers and mobile developers to execute feature releases, run rigorous A/B testing campaigns, analyze user behavior bottlenecks using product analytics, and maintain synchronized development backlogs to align with overarching business goals.

Key responsibility

• Define and maintain the comprehensive product roadmap utilizing Aha! for long-term strategic feature planning.
• Track, analyze, and report key mobile product metrics and user funnels using Amplitude to identify drop-off points.
• Translate raw customer feedback collected via Hotjar and SurveyMonkey into actionable product requirement documents.
• Manage the daily sprint backlog, user story creation, and backlog grooming sessions using Jira and Trello.
• Conduct usability testing sessions with UsabilityHub to validate wireframes and early prototypes created in Figma.
• Coordinate cross-functional release cycles across engineering, quality assurance, and marketing departments.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• 0-1 years of hands-on experience in mobile product management, agile delivery, or digital strategy.
• Proficiency in product roadmapping and backlog management platforms including Aha! and Jira.
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Amplitude and Google Analytics for behavior tracking.
• Familiarity with UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD for wireframing.
• Strong understanding of customer feedback mechanisms leveraging SurveyMonkey and Hotjar.
• Exceptional verbal communication, technical writing, and stakeholder management skills.

A Day in the Life

Your day begins by reviewing user retention dashboards on Amplitude and checking feedback logs from Hotjar. You will lead a morning sprint planning session in Jira, review mobile wireframes in Figma with the design team, update the product roadmap in Aha!, and close out the afternoon by synthesizing survey data from SurveyMonkey to present feature adjustments to leadership.
