What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Product Manager specialising in feature planning and platform alignment, you will operate at the core of our digital product division in Kolkata. You will bridge the gap between engineering execution and commercial strategy, ensuring feature delivery matches overarching business metrics while managing iterative releases using agile methodologies.

What you will do

You will translate business requirements into actionable product features, maintain rigorous sprint backlogs, and coordinate closely with cross-functional engineering pods. Your focus will be on defining user stories, conducting backlog grooming sessions, and driving end-to-end execution of roadmap initiatives using modern product management tooling.

Key responsibility

• Manage and groom the product backlog using Jira, ensuring user stories are clearly articulated with precise acceptance criteria.
• Design, maintain, and publish strategic product roadmaps utilizing Aha! to align stakeholders across departments.
• Integrate CRM Systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot feedback loops directly into the product lifecycle discovery phase.
• Partner with UX and engineering leads to track sprint velocities, unblock dependencies, and drive continuous deployment cycles.
• Analyze feature adoption and operational efficiency metrics using Mixpanel and Amplitude to iteratively optimize product utility.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 0 to 1 years of hands-on experience in software product development, agile execution, or technical project coordination.
• Proficiency in using Jira, Trello, and Aha! for structured product roadmapping and backlog management.
• Familiarity with CRM Systems like Salesforce or HubSpot for gathering client-centric requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with basic data interpretation skills using Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities within fast-paced distributed teams.
