What role will you play in the team

As a vital member of our core analytics division, you will drive data-driven transformation by harnessing Python scripting and Power BI reporting ecosystems. Your primary objective is to ingest unstructured data streams, execute programmatic transformations, and deliver impactful visual analytics that empower enterprise growth strategies.

What you will do

You will write clean Python scripts to automate data collection, manipulation, and preparation tasks, integrating disparate data sources into unified repositories. Following this, you will design interactive Power BI dashboards that display granular Key Performance Indicators, enabling executive teams to monitor operational efficiencies in real-time.

Key responsibility

• Develop scalable Python scripts utilizing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for automated data extraction and transformation.
• Build, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, analytical models, and enterprise scorecards.
• Connect Power BI environments to multiple database management systems including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Design custom data models and write DAX expressions to calculate complex business metrics and analytical measures.
• Automate daily and weekly data ingestion pipelines to eliminate manual reporting bottlenecks and human error.
• Perform rigorous statistical analyses and exploratory data evaluations to support strategic product and marketing initiatives.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, alongside hands-on experience with database management and SQL querying.
• Extensive expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and relational systems like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data security, and best practices in data cleaning and wrangling.
• Strong collaborative capabilities with a proven ability to manage multiple analytical projects under tight deadlines.
