What role will you play in the team

As a Junior React and Express.js Full Stack Web Developer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic software engineering team based in Coimbatore. You will collaborate closely with senior architects, UI/UX designers, and backend specialists to design, build, and deploy scalable web applications. Your primary focus will be bridging the gap between graphical server-side logic and client-side web elements, ensuring optimal performance across all platforms.

What you will do

You will write clean, maintainable code using modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React for the frontend and Express.js for the backend. Your daily tasks will involve integrating RESTful APIs, managing asynchronous requests, implementing secure database operations using MongoDB, and tracking code changes using Git and GitHub version control systems. You will also participate in code reviews, debug complex frontend rendering bottlenecks, and optimize server response times to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key responsibility

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React and modern CSS3 styling frameworks for cross-browser compatibility.
• Design and build robust backend microservices and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
• Manage NoSQL database schemas and execute high-performance queries using MongoDB for persistent data storage.
• Implement secure user authentication, authorization, and data encryption protocols across the full web stack.
• Maintain comprehensive code repositories, manage branches, and resolve merge conflicts using Git and GitHub.
• Integrate third-party RESTful APIs and build custom API endpoints for seamless frontend-backend communication.
• Optimize application performance, reduce page load times, and execute automated unit testing using Jest or Mocha.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and architectural design reviews.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical software engineering experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, and modern ES6+ JavaScript programming paradigms.
• Hands-on development experience with React for building component-based single-page applications.
• Proficiency in building backend architectures and routing mechanisms using Node.js and Express.js.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing unstructured data models and performing CRUD operations in MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control workflows utilizing Git and collaborative repository hosting on GitHub.
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles, JSON data formats, and asynchronous programming.
