What role will you play in the team

You will play a foundational role in bridging raw corporate data and strategic executive decision-making. As our Junior Tableau and SQL Business Intelligence Specialist, you will construct interactive dashboards, execute complex relational database queries, and interpret multidimensional metrics to ensure business units operate with optimal visibility and continuous analytical clarity.

What you will do

You will extract, transform, and load diverse datasets using robust SQL queries, subsequently translating those analytical findings into highly responsive, visually intuitive Tableau dashboards. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders to gather detailed reporting requirements, validate data integrity across enterprise servers, and automate recurring performance scorecards.

Key responsibility

• Design, develop, and deploy dynamic, interactive executive dashboards utilizing Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Write highly optimized SQL queries, complex joins, and stored procedures across relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Perform comprehensive data cleansing, anomaly detection, and validation checks to ensure absolute accuracy of enterprise reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with database administrators to optimize schema performance and index execution plans for large analytical datasets.
• Maintain exhaustive documentation of dashboard metrics, data dictionary definitions, and automated data refresh pipelines.
• Conduct exploratory data analyses to uncover hidden operational trends and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative analytical discipline.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL for robust database management and data extraction tasks.
• Proficiency in designing advanced data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
• Strong foundational knowledge of ETL principles, data modeling techniques, and relational database architecture.
• Excellent analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills to translate complex technical data insights into digestible business terminology for non-technical stakeholders.
