You will play a pivotal role in driving our organic search visibility and digital footprint. As our SEO & Organic Growth Specialist, you will spearhead search engine optimization strategies to boost inbound traffic, enhance keyword rankings, and maximize return on investment across multiple enterprise domains within the competitive Indian digital landscape.

What you will do

You will conduct exhaustive technical website audits, execute advanced backlink acquisition campaigns, and optimize on-page content structures. Your daily efforts will involve analyzing search engine algorithms, tracking key performance indicators via analytics dashboards, and collaborating closely with our content creation and web development squads to implement seamless structural enhancements.

Key responsibility

• Formulate and execute comprehensive technical SEO roadmaps to eliminate crawl errors and improve site indexation speed.
• Perform deep keyword research and semantic content gap analyses using industry-standard platforms.
• Monitor organic traffic fluctuations, ranking drops, and index status using Google Search Console and web analytics tools.
• Execute strategic off-page link-building initiatives and monitor toxic backlink profiles for disavowal.
• Collaborate with copywriters to optimize meta tags, headings, schema markup, and content relevance.
• 
  Conduct competitor backlink analysis and visibility benchmarking to uncover emerging market opportunities.
• Optimize local SEO listings, citations, and map packs to drive targeted regional footfall and inquiries.
• Generate comprehensive monthly performance reports detailing organic traffic growth, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of hands-on technical search engine optimization experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• Proficiency in enterprise SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
• Expertise in utilizing Google Analytics for tracking conversion funnels, user journeys, and behavioral flows.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems primarily WordPress and Shopify.
• Strong understanding of core web vitals, mobile-first indexing, and modern technical ranking factors.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with proven ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting.
