As an SEO & Organic Growth Specialist, you will architect comprehensive search engine optimization strategies that align with our brand objectives. What you will do

You will conduct exhaustive website audits, identify technical SEO bottlenecks, and collaborate closely with web development teams to implement fixes promptly. Your day-to-day will involve executing advanced keyword research utilizing tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush, formulating content optimization blueprints, and monitoring algorithm updates to ensure our web properties adhere to the best industry standards and search engine guidelines.

Key responsibility

• Perform comprehensive technical and on-page SEO audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz to identify optimization opportunities.
• Execute strategic keyword research to target high-intent search queries relevant to our core industry offerings.
• Collaborate with content writing teams to optimize meta tags, headings, URL structures, and body copy.
• Develop and execute high-quality link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
• Monitor and analyze organic traffic performance, click-through rates, and keyword rankings using Google Analytics.
• 
  Troubleshoot indexation issues, crawl errors, and page speed bottlenecks with technical developers.
• Generate comprehensive monthly organic growth reports detailing traffic acquisition, conversions, and ROI metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of hands-on experience in executing successful search engine optimization campaigns.
• Proficiency in industry-standard SEO toolsets including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
• Deep working knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and reporting organic user behavior.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Drupal, and Shopify.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO elements including XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
