What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in our corporate development and strategic consulting division, driving high-impact mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnership evaluations. Your expertise in advanced financial modeling and market valuation will directly influence executive-level decision-making, ensuring that our clients successfully navigate complex transactional landscapes and achieve long-term growth objectives through rigorous quantitative assessments.

What you will do

Your core responsibilities will involve building comprehensive discounted cash flow models, performing detailed comparable company analyses, and conducting exhaustive due diligence for target acquisitions. You will collaborate closely with senior partners to synthesize complex financial data into actionable strategic insights, preparing exhaustive pitchbooks, executive summaries, and board-level presentations using industry-standard financial tools and methodologies.

Key responsibility

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including LBO, DCF, and merger consequences models, to evaluate prospective corporate transactions and strategic investments.
• Execute rigorous market research and competitive landscape analysis utilizing financial databases and market intelligence tools to identify prospective targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence workstreams, analyzing financial statements, operational metrics, and historical performance indicators.
• Synthesize quantitative findings into clear, persuasive slide decks and presentation materials for executive leadership and prospective investors.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends and industry-specific regulatory shifts that could impact valuation outcomes and strategic roadmap execution.
• Establish standardized valuation templates and governance frameworks to streamline future advisory engagements and client deliverables.

Required Qualification and Skills

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative field with a stellar academic record. A mandatory minimum of 2 to 3 years of intensive hands-on experience in corporate finance, strategic consulting, or investment banking valuation is required. Exceptional proficiency in Financial Modeling, Advanced Excel, and VBA is non-negotiable. Candidates must demonstrate deep familiarity with Data Analysis, Tableau, and Power BI for executive dashboard creation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with an uncompromising attention to detail and ability to thrive under high-pressure deal timelines, are essential.
