What role will you play in the team

You will serve as a core Management and Strategic Consulting professional, driving large-scale digital transformations and organizational restructuring programs for top-tier enterprise clients across India. Your expertise will bridge executive vision and technical deployment, ensuring optimal alignment between business strategy and enterprise resource planning systems.

What you will do

You will lead end-to-end strategic consulting engagements, diagnosing complex operational bottlenecks, designing future-state enterprise architecture, and orchestrating cross-functional implementation roadmaps. You will collaborate directly with C-suite executives to translate overarching corporate objectives into granular, actionable execution plans utilizing advanced management frameworks and modern enterprise systems.

Key responsibility

• Conduct rigorous operational diagnostics and strategic assessments across client organizations to identify structural inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
• Formulate comprehensive business case evaluations, feasibility studies, and total cost of ownership models for enterprise software deployment.
• Design detailed process mapping documentation, swimlane diagrams, and workflow optimizations using industry-standard visualization tools.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, executive steering committees, and change management alignment sessions to drive enterprise-wide adoption.
• Monitor implementation milestones, manage project scope, allocate cross-functional consulting resources, and mitigate strategic risks effectively.
• Synthesize complex operational data into executive dashboards, strategic roadmaps, and board-level presentation decks.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrate foundational knowledge and hands-on exposure to enterprise management frameworks, SAP modules, and ERP implementation methodologies.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in quantitative data analysis, advanced Excel modeling, process mapping via Visio or Lucidchart, and project tracking using Jira.
• Display exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management competencies tailored for high-stakes corporate consulting environments.
• Maintain a structured, analytical problem-solving mindset with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream strategic initiatives under tight deadlines.
