About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Surveyor Direct Sales to support our commercial real estate expansion across India. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential commercial properties, conducting on-ground surveys, managing client interactions, and driving direct sales for commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed surveys of commercial properties across assigned regions in India.
• Identify potential commercial spaces suitable for leasing, buying, or investment.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and corporate clients.
• Present commercial property options to clients and assist in site visits.
• Generate leads through fieldwork, market research, and networking.
• Maintain an updated database of commercial properties and market trends.
• Support the sales team in negotiations, documentation, and closing deals.
• Prepare daily reports on site visits, surveys, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate / Direct Sales / Field Sales.

  Strong understanding of commercial property markets and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across PAN India.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field-intensive roles.
