We are hiring an experienced professional for our Service Management Q2C team. The role involves handling Quote-to-Cash operations, contract management, order processing, supplier onboarding, PO creation, and revenue-related activities. Candidates should be able to manage customer onboarding, validate contracts, resolve partner issues, and ensure smooth order-to-invoice cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Q2C processes: quotes, orders, PO, and invoices
• Contract validation and standard terms management
• Customer onboarding & master data updates
• Entitlement creation, expiry, and automation

• Stakeholder coordination (Sales, Procurement, Partners)

Required Skills:

• 3+ years in Quote-to-Cash, Order Management, Contracting, Supplier Onboarding, or PO Processing
• Experience in Services or Hi-Tech industry
• Working knowledge of Oracle / SAP / ServiceNow (preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
