Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation mandatory (any stream)
Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Process
Minimum 6 months experience in Chat Support
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customer queries with empathy and accuracy
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
