Director - Procurement Transformation - Consulting Firm

Hiring: Director - Procurement Transformation | Global Consulting Firm | Bengaluru / Pune / Gurugram
We are partnering with a leading global consulting firm to hire a Director - Procurement Transformation to lead enterprise-wide S2P transformation programs for US and UK clients.
The Role:
- Lead end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation programs
- Drive digital procurement implementations across Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP, Zycus, Jaggaer
- Lead functional design workshops, fit-gap analysis, to-be process design, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
- Advise CPOs and CXOs on procurement strategy, operating model design, and technology enablement
- Build and scale procurement transformation practices
What We're Looking For:

- 15+ years of experience in Procurement Transformation, Digital Procurement, S2P/P2P Transformation, or Procurement Consulting
- Strong hands-on S2P implementation experience
- Consulting pedigree - Big 4 or Accenture preferred
- Experience leading functional design workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience with global teams
- Ability to lead large-scale, complex procurement transformation engagements
