About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager Healthcare to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, deep domain understanding, and a product-oriented mindset to translate strategic goals into actionable product initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and user experience.

This is a leadership role that requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, operations, and leadership to ensure products are built with precision, scalability, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Product Leadership

• Define and drive the healthcare product roadmap in alignment with organizational strategy and market needs.
• Translate business objectives into clear product strategies, priorities, and execution plans.
• Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and influence long-term product vision.

Product Planning & Delivery

• Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to deliver user-centric, compliant, and high-impact solutions.
• Conduct market and customer discovery to define detailed business and functional requirements.
• Develop and manage use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Own the product backlog and work closely with Scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the key liaison between product, technology, operations, and business teams.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive internal adoption of digital platforms and process automation tools across the organization.

Governance & Risk Management

• Maintain visibility on product milestones, risks, and dependencies through structured tracking and reporting.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder demos, performance reviews, and roadmap presentations.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Build data-backed business cases to justify investments and feature prioritization.
• Track KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and inform continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7-12 years of experience in product management, preferably within healthcare, healthtech, or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles from strategy to delivery.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, interoperability, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.).
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
