Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Equipment Finance

We are currently hiring for senior leadership roles (AVP and VP) in the Equipment Finance / Leasing domain. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to grow their career with a dynamic and expanding organization.

Location: Hyderabad (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with emerging, mid-sized, and large corporates to achieve leasing business targets across corporate and cleantech segments
• Strengthen existing client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
• Conduct initial risk assessments and negotiate deal terms effectively
• Develop strong connections with OEMs, vendors, and other stakeholders through regular interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal conversion and timely disbursement
• Strong ability to assess deal opportunities and quickly determine deal and customer potential to build a healthy deal opportunity pipeline that optimizes time.
• Identify and evaluate deal opportunities to build a strong and healthy business pipeline

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5-13 years of experience handling corporate clients in a bank or financial institution
• Strong background in Equipment Finance / Leasing
• Qualification in Finance such as CA, MBA, or ICWA preferred
