• Salary Details:
• Freshers: 20,000 30,000 CTC / Month
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 38,000 CTC / Month

• What You'll Do:
• Assist customers with bookings & inquiries over calls
• Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism
• Educate customers about products and services
• Handle service-related and support queries
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution

• Requirements:
• Minimum 12th Pass
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
• 6 months of customer service experience is an added advantage
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Passion for pets is a plus
