Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Senior Store Associate to manage inventory and daily store operations for a villa property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Issue items to Kitchen, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate stock records, requisitions, GRNs, and inventory reports.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow proper FIFO/FEFO, storage, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Report damaged, expired, or excess stock to management.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and operational departments.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly secured.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Stores/Inventory, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of stock handling and basic MS Excel.
• Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Local candidates preferred.
