As a Team Lead Recruiter at JobsKart, youll play a key role in driving recruitment success, leading hiring initiatives, and managing a high-performing recruitment team. • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and improve performance.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and hiring needs.
• Interview Management: Oversee and facilitate smooth interview processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with managers and clients to understand staffing requirements and plan hiring strategies.
• Candidate Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between candidates, hiring teams, and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment journey.
• Interview Coordination: Conduct and manage interviews while coordinating with operations and internal teams for effective execution.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and innovative sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines.
• Resume Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct screenings, evaluate candidates, and provide constructive feedback.
• Onboarding Management: Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth candidate transitions in collaboration with HR and team leaders.
• Business Development: Identify business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and contribute to recruitment partnerships and growth initiatives.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and stakeholders to forecast workforce needs and solve recruitment challenges.
