What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for our clients.
What you will do: You will source, screen, interview and manage offers for candidates across various industries.
Key responsibility:
- Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
- Conducting in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Managing the offer process, including negotiation and closing.
- Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of employment laws.
