HR Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for our clients.

What you will do: You will source, screen, interview and manage offers for candidates across various industries.

Key responsibility:

• Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
• Conducting in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Managing the offer process, including negotiation and closing.
  
• Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
