Job Description
- As an RPO Specialist (Non-IT) in the Steel Industry located in Gadchiroli, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for non-IT roles. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
You will also be responsible for coordinating interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations, maintaining candidate pipelines for key roles, and proactively building talent pools. Ensuring compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws, as well as preparing and sharing recruitment reports with key stakeholders, will be essential parts of your role.
To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in RPO or agency environments. A strong understanding of non-IT roles, particularly in the Steel Industry, manufacturing, industrial machinery, and heavy engineering, is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
