Senior Officer- Logistics

To Coordinate Domestic Dispatches, Mundra Stock transfer and Export Dispatches, making dispatch documentation, Coordination with UK team as well as Customs etc. and Logistic management.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Logistic and Dispatch management
Hazardous store management
FG store and stock management
Outbound documentation and correct SAP entries
Processing of Dispatch /Export Documents & Bills
Custom Clearing process, DGFT & FTA Compliances
DGFT / OTIF Calculation

ORGANISATION STRUCTURE (including Reporting Lines)
Will reports to Manager SCM

SCOPE
Domestic Dispatch:

• Review of ZR10 report with SCM manager for expected order
• Correct label printing (Atrion)
• Creation of PR for transportation and further coordination with procurement team for timely PO creation
• Correct sale booking in SAP
• Creating E-waybills as per invoices
• Dispatch intimation to customer and sales team
  

Export Dispatch:

• Allocation of material for volumetric PO and intimating UK planning team for PO
• Planning of export dispatches with SCM manager from Mundra & panki as per PO received from UK panning team
• Coordination with CHA for container booking for timely dispatch
• Labelling of FG as per customs requirement
• Booking sale in SAP
• Activating e-bolts for scanning at customs
• Approvals from UK team for draft BL & CoO
  
• Sending REX certificate file to CHA for all CoOs issued to UK
• Follow ups for bills, checking & intimating procurement team for payment
• Creating PRs for export related services and further follow up with procurement team for POs
  

Scrap Disposal:

• Maintain scrap drum list as per form 3 from production
• Maintain saleable scrap stock file & reporting to management for review
• Monthly stock take of scrap to check physical vs SAP stock
• Coordination with scrap vendors for advance payment and vehicle for timely disposal of hazardous/ non-hazardous waste
  

Warehouse management:

• Maintain Drum list as per production report received form production
• Allocation of business in SAP to batches as per report from UK planning team and preparing report for management review
• Monthly review of physical FG stock with SAP
• Creating PR for imported materials as per MRP
• Allocation of material to warehouse in SAP as per report received from warehouse team
• Coordination with warehouse team for picking of material and prepare material for dispatch
  

Samples Dispatch:

• Coordination with QC & production for sample dispatch to R&D/customer
• Labelling of drum as per customs requirement
• Creating invoice & packing list for shipping bill & AWB
• Coordinating with CHA for filling shipping bill & timely movement of material
• Intimating UK logistics team for sample drum dispatched & providing documents for custom clearance
  

Audits:

• Coordination with finance for all internal/ external audits
