Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Promoter role based in Madurai. The Social Media Promoter is responsible for creating and posting engaging content across social media platforms to promote Jojolauras skincare products and campaigns. Daily tasks include planning and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and actively engaging with followers and potential customers. The role also involves supporting in-store or local promotions, collaborating with the marketing team on product launches, and gathering feedback from the online community. The Social Media Promoter will track basic performance metrics, identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement, and represent the brands voice in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear writing, speaking, and online interaction with diverse audiences.
• Customer Service experience or aptitude for handling inquiries, feedback, and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Sales skills, with the ability to recommend products, explain benefits, and support conversion from interest to purchase.
• Basic Marketing knowledge, including social media trends, content engagement, and brand positioning.
• Ability to assist with Training of team members or brand ambassadors on product features and social media guidelines.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and basic content creation tools.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work on-site full time in Madurai.
• Interest in skincare or beauty products; prior experience in the beauty, retail, or FMCG sector is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
