Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Product Sales Specialist (Closer) to join our team. This is a consultative, advisory-driven sales role where you will convert qualified leads into program enrollments, helping teachers make life-changing decisions. You will act as a trusted guide, managing the entire sales funnel from lead engagement to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative sales calls with teachers to understand their goals and recommend the right programs.
- Convert inbound and marketing-generated leads into paid enrollments.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first call to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handovers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM hygiene for forecasting and reporting.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Continuously refine sales messaging and objection-handling techniques.
- Contribute insights to improve overall sales effectiveness and campaign targeting.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales, inside sales, or customer success roles (preferably in EdTech, B2C education, or career advisory).
- Strong command of spoken and written English; excellent communication skills over calls, video calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Ability to understand learner needs and effectively communicate value proposition.
- Emotional resilience, logical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
