Job Title: Hardware Testing Incharge IoT Devices (End-of-Line)

Job Summary:
Looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage batch-level hardware testing of IoT devices at the End-of-Line (EOL) stage. The candidate will ensure all devices meet quality standards, manage SIM/network testing, and maintain accurate reports before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute EOL hardware testing of IoT devices (GPS, CAN, IO modules) as per SOPs.
  
• Manage SIM card insertion, activation, and network testing for each device.
  
• Maintain detailed testing logs and reports using Excel and internal tools.
  
• Communicate test outcomes, failures, and approvals to stakeholders.
  
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and escalate non-conformities.
  
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and customer support teams.
  
• Train and guide junior testers/operators if required.
  

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in hardware/IoT testing preferred; freshers with strong fundamentals can apply.
  
• Strong communication skills (verbal & email).
  
• Knowledge of SIM/network testing.
  
• Basic Excel skills for reporting and data management.
  
• Understanding of quality standards and troubleshooting.
  
• Process-oriented, detail-focused, and able to coordinate with teams.
