Work in agile product engineering teams, driving sprint outcomes and ceremonies.
Define and prioritize Epics and business roadmaps, addressing functional and non-functional requirements.
Lead technical grooming, design sessions, and end-to-end system documentation.
Optimize design decisions considering trade-offs in performance, security, and reliability.
Mentor and guide peers, fostering an engineering culture and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and reduction of technical debt.
Evangelize Test-First approaches (TDD/BDD) and ensure engineering metrics adoption.
Collaborate across global teams, performing end-to-end system integration reviews and architectural validation.
Support recruitment, training, and talent development within the engineering team.
13+ years of professional experience building large-scale, distributed applications.
Strong expertise in Generative AI/ML.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and paradigms (imperative, functional).
Expertise in system performance tuning, multi-threading, and asynchronous execution.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Hands-on with APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, gRPC, Elastic Search, Redis, Kafka, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with web development frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Express, ASP.NET, etc.).
Deep understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL), CAP theorem, caching, and search technologies.

Strong focus on application and data security (TLS, OAuth, JWT, MFA).
Hands-on with automation, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and observability (Splunk, ELK, Grafana).
Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter).
Strong problem-solving, architectural design, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
