Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers regarding gold schemes, renewals, and redemptions.
- Provide accurate information on products, schemes, and ongoing offers.
- Log all customer interactions, calls, and tickets accurately in the CRM system.
- Ensure proper CRM tagging and data accuracy at all times.
- Adhere to defined compliance, quality, and customer service standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Team Leader in a timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Preferred candidate profile
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call centre processes
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
- Ability to follow processes, scripts, and quality guidelines
- Working knowledge of MS Office (basic level)
