Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products in the allotted region.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.
  
• Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and campaigns.
  
• Analyze sales data to optimize product performance and improve customer engagement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in pharma marketing or medical sales (MR).
  
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with customers.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
