Critical Tasks

• Co-ordination and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Making financial report and other MIS at plant level.
• Keep ready with the books/ financial in time for reporting and monthly end, quarterly and annual.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Ensuring proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Co-ordination and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including, month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity
• Co-ordination and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Coordinate and assist for complete annual and quarterly audits.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
