Role Overview:

As a Finance Leader, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, overseeing the entire financial health and fiscal discipline of the organization.

You will manage complex financial operations, including reporting, corporate finance, and accounting, while ensuring compliance and robust internal controls.

Working closely with cross-functional business heads and external stakeholders, you will translate financial data into actionable insights that drive profitability and support the company's aggressive growth trajectory in the digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
• Drive corporate finance initiatives, including capital allocation, treasury management, and long-term financial planning to support business scalability.
• Oversee the finance and accounts function, streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency and ensure timely financial closures.
• Partner with senior management to develop financial models and budgets that align with the company's strategic goals and market expansion plans.
• Manage relationships with auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions to maintain the company's financial integrity and reputation.
• Implement rigorous internal control frameworks to mitigate financial risks and ensure adherence to corporate governance policies.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial reporting and corporate finance functions within high-growth organizations.
• Proven ability to lead large finance teams and mentor talent while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets into strategic business recommendations for executive leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex financial narratives to diverse stakeholders and board members.
• Professional qualification such as CA.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment based in Mumbai, balancing hands-on execution with high-level strategic oversight.
• 15 - 18 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within the e-commerce, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
