JSW One Platforms - Fulfillment Lead - SCM & Operations

Role Overview:

The Fulfillment Lead will oversee the end-to-end logistics and dispatch operations to ensure seamless product delivery across the supply chain. This role involves coordinating between production units, logistics partners, and internal sales teams to optimize dispatch planning and maintain high service levels. By leveraging digital tracking tools and managing customer support workflows, the incumbent will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring that client requirements are met with precision and speed within the Mumbai region.

Key responsibilities:

- Own KPIs for same-day/next-day delivery, OTIF, quality & customer experience
- Collaborate with supply & logistics teams on KPI improvements & market expansion strategy based on data-led demand planning
- Analyse customer-support tickets, understand quality & fulfillment challenges, drive improvement initiatives
- Drive Customer-First self serve adoption
Role requirements:
- 7 - 12 years in relevant industries and roles (TBD)
- Experience with warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and carrier management, digital tracking
- Strong stakeholder management
- Data-driven, strong analytical capabilities
