Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

- Conduct compensation and benefits market research

- Directs and coordinates all employees compensation and benefits policies and programs

- Leads the development, implementation, monitoring and review of targeted compensation programs and initiatives in order to compete with changing market conditions and trends

- Ensures programs and policies deliver internal job and pay equity among employees, conducts job evaluations, recommends salary structure placement in line with local market data, and prepares cost recommendations for market-based and merit/equity adjustments

- Collaborates with the Corporate Compensation & Operations teams and the local Senior HR - Business Partner on the annual merit cycle and personal compensation statements

- Oversee employee benefits programs JSW One

- Provides leadership and consultation to the HR team and management on high-impact compensation issues

- Design and refine LTI and executive compensation programs in line with market trends and business strategy

- Advise leadership on equity and non-equity incentive plans; prepare financial models and simulations for review.

- Lead the rollout of Stocks / LTI plans, including system automation, communication, and governance.

- Manage mid-year and year-end LTI assessments, working closely with the CEOs office and Finance.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of stock-based awards, including Remuneration Committee presentations, implementation, and compliance.

- Act as the key point of contact for all stock award-related queries and employee communications.

- Handle ad-hoc data requests, project deliverables, and support ongoing process enhancements.

- Handle Total Rewards related Internal and External Audits
